Inspired by seed heads in the garden and countryside, the design on this cushion is hand drawn then stitched using free-machine embroidery. They reflect the beauty and intricate ways in which nature produces and distributes the seeds of some of our favourite wild flowers. Here beautiful, densely packed teasels with their curly sepals are embroidered with dark charcoal grey thread on neutral linen fabric and each cushion is piped in dark grey and finished with a shell button fastening on the reverse. Each one is a little work of art and therefore unique.
